Bus is already delayed by three and a half hours. Driver behaviour is too bad, not knowing how to talk. They made me change the departure location multiple times at my own expense. They did not provide the blanket. I have not reached the location on time, which led to a delay in going to my office as I have a 10 am meeting, but I will reach Delhi only after that. This delay is three and a half hours. Although they knew we were late, they still took more than a 45-minute break. Worst experience I have had.
