The AC is not working properly at seat A4, and you’re charging extra for window seats. If you’re charging more, the service should also be proper.

Charging port is not working and lights are also not there. Not hygienic. Bed sheets are full of hairs.

Dear customer support team, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the operator. This was the second time we had a bad experience with this operator, and the service had been completely unacceptable. We both frequently travel by Volvo buses between Bangalore and Kerala, but we had never experienced such a terrible level of service before. The bus staff and driver behaved irresponsibly. When we reached the boarding point, the staff told us they could not wait until the next stop. Even after we reached the next stop, the bus left quickly, forcing us to follow it for another two to three stops. The staff either ignored our calls or failed to provide proper assistance. Due to this, our total Uber fare for two people increased from XXXX to XXXX, resulting in an additional expense of XXXX. Furthermore, the light switch at our seats was not working, and we struggled throughout the journey because we were unable to charge our phones properly. The bus was also poorly maintained, with food waste left near our berth by previous passengers, causing an unpleasant smell. Additionally, despite booking tickets for two passengers, we received only one XXXX water bottle to share. As regular travelers between Bangalore and Kerala, we expected professional behavior, proper communication, cleanliness, and basic facilities. Unfortunately, the operator failed to meet these basic expectations. This was an extremely bad and disappointing experience, and we would never recommend the operator to anyone. It was unacceptable for passengers to spend their money on a service that caused so much stress, inconvenience, and additional expenses. I request to investigate this incident, take appropriate action against the operator, and provide compensation for the additional XXXX we incurred. Since this was our second bad experience with the operator, I expected this complaint to be taken seriously and a proper resolution to be provided. I hoped this issue would be addressed and ensure that other passengers did not face similar problems.

Overall good experience.

Bus was late by 5 hours and no hygiene, no water bottles served. Charged 10k for 2 people. Bad service.

Late by more than 4 hrs and no provision or stop for even breakfast till 12 pm.

Seating to improve and water bottle holder should be provided.

The rest stop hygiene was very pathetic. Also, the boarding points directions were inaccurate. I had to change three times to reach the right location.
