1. Very poor service: The pickup was 30 minutes late, and the drop-off was 1 hour and 30 minutes late. 2. Driver’s rude behavior: At around 6:00 AM, the driver stopped the bus in front of a petrol bunk and told everyone to use the restroom. However, there was only one bathroom available. When I came back and checked for the bus, it was not there. The driver had moved the bus approximately 200 meters ahead. As a result, I reached the bus 2 minutes late, and the driver shouted at me and spoke rudely without showing any respect. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The service was extremely poor, and the driver's behavior toward passengers was unacceptable.
