Everything is shit with this platform i never book again they can't provide proper tracking details nor they can't provide valid driver number my bus was arriving time 3:25 i was on time at departure bus stop i was waited there till 3:55 i didn't get any response from bus driver nor with they said they will rise a refund complaint request after i taken from other bus to reach now they are asking for review from me bull shit also when the bus have a delay to reach their pickup stop they want to provide proper details to the customer.

Bus reported 90 mins late and did not stop for nature calls.

Worst Travel Experience – Request for Full Refund This was one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had. The bus was delayed by approximately one hour, and the overall service was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The driver did not answer my calls or respond when I tried to contact him for information about the boarding point. Even though I had booked my ticket with a confirmed boarding point, the bus did not stop there, and I was unable to board the bus. The lack of communication and irresponsible behaviour caused me significant stress and inconvenience. I was left stranded despite having paid for my ticket. The driver's behaviour was unacceptable and felt harassing. No proper assistance or guidance was provided, and I had to suffer because of the driver's failure to communicate and stop at the confirmed boarding point. I did not board the bus, and I am requesting a full refund of my ticket amount. I should not have to bear the financial loss for a service that failed to pick me up at the confirmed boarding point. I request and the bus operator to investigate this incident, take appropriate action, and process my full refund as soon as possible. Please do not close this complaint without providing a proper resolution. This experience was completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend this service to other passengers.

Very poor staff behaviour and passenger service. The behaviour of the staff and their willingness to help passengers were extremely poor. They did not even provide a single bottle of drinking water. I requested water from the bus staff multiple times, but they refused to provide it. Please note that they will not drop you at Vandalur as mentioned or expected during booking. Instead, passengers have to get down at Kilambakkam Bus Stand. The staff were too busy and unwilling to listen to passengers' concerns or provide proper assistance regarding the drop-off point. Overall, this was a very disappointing travel experience due to the poor staff behaviour, lack of basic passenger support, and failure to provide clear information about the actual drop-off location. I would not recommend this service unless they improve their customer service and passenger handling.

During rain, rainwater comes into bus. Bus not clean. Driver is using loose words.

Worst ever bus stopped bus in between unprofessional behaviour.

The AC was too cold when I stopped. Also, it was not closing properly.
