AC was not working. Bus did not arrive on time, which may create a lot of difficulties for the passenger.

I booked an AC sleeper bus expecting good air conditioning and proper ventilation, but it was a disappointing experience. I could not sleep at all because I was sweating due to the poor AC. Since it was an AC bus, there was no proper ventilation either. I travel frequently, but this was the worst travel experience I have ever had. Other than that, everything was comfortable.
