Driver and co-driver both of them showed inadequate behaviour. Restroom is not clean and they did not stop at any hotel for restroom. Ladies and girls were so affected and seat has no blankets and TV, but while booking it was mentioned blankets and AC. The AC is poorly working.

Honestly, I really regret booking this bus. The ambience is terrible, the electrical facilities are not working properly, and the overall condition of the bus is extremely disappointing. This bus was absolutely not worth the money. It’s really unfair to show one standard while booking and provide such a poor experience in reality. Worst experience — I definitely won’t be booking this bus again.
