No punctuality at all. The bus arrived 1 hour late to the boarding point and it reached the destination about 2.5 hours later than the mentioned time of arrival.

There was no washroom on the bus, even though it was mentioned in the pictures. The facilities were misleading.

Bus started half an hour late. Inside it was smelling strong fungal stink. May be from the uncleaned passage mat. Then halfway passengers were asked to go to another bus around 4 AM when everyone was deep asleep. Otherwise, bus reached in time. Driver's attitude is good and very adjustable.

They dropped everyone as soon as they entered Chennai. They didn't drop at the original drop point. Very poor service.
