The bedsheet and bedding provided were filthy and clearly had not been washed. I found rusty-brown stains and dark specks on the sheet, which are consistent with bed bug infestation. During the journey, I developed multiple red, itchy bite marks on my arm, and I am in considerable pain and discomfort as a result.

The AC was not working at all. They said at Ambikapur that the AC would start after the vehicle ran for a while, but after running till Udaipur, they said that the AC was not taking the load and it would not start. Even the fan installed at the upper side of the seat was not working as well. Very poor service, and I would not prefer it ever again in life.
