Horrible- 11.15 journey started- but reached destination at 1 pm next day. Very ugly bus, no proper AC, sleeping berth is very dirty. Please never ever choose this travels.

The staff behavior and travel experience was fine. Don't be misguided by the drop off timings at Ooty (details mentioned 6:30AM); however, it's a standard 10AM drop at the Ooty Railway Station. My only problem was with the punctuality.

They did not give us a water bottle even though it was part of the amenities. They provided a rest stop at 3 am, and the bus started at 9 pm. There was a cockroach in my seat, and the blankets were smelly. The bus reached two hours late, which messed up our itinerary completely.
