Only one person, the driver, is handling everything. No co-driver, no helpers. Passengers have to keep their luggage by themselves and get down to open the cabin and take it out on their own. Late pick up at points but urging the passengers to get down quickly at their stops. Totally nonsense and nuisance. If you don't have any options, then choose this; otherwise, better avoid it.
