15 year I travelled from Bengaluru to Madikeri road. First time I chose the bus but third-class bus experience. One and a half hour late they reached the pickup location. AC not working, side curtain rod broken, cleanliness zero, bed sheet also low quality and unhygienic. I will never choose this bus in future. Worst worst experience. Outside look also like another bus.

Heavy AC output, no option to switch off AC, the ride was not worth the expense, the ride charge was double the normal booking. the bus staff let off all the passengers on majestic telling that there is mechanical problem. passengers including me couldn't reach our dropping station, rather we were left on majestic bus terminal and has to make other arrangements to our destinations.

Most terrible experience ever. While getting off the bus, I accidentally forgot my phone on the bus. I immediately called the driver from another phone and asked him to check, as my phone was likely left on my seat. However, despite contacting him immediately, he kept moving ahead and was nearly XXXX km away by the time I reached the location he gave me. When I finally found him, instead of simply returning my phone, he demanded extra money and said he would give my phone back only if I paid him. This was an extremely disappointing and terrible experience. Such behaviour towards passengers is completely unacceptable.

They changed seat and boarding point without informing, and I got injured because of dore, and very very dirty environment (shoes smell). Felt very uncomfortable, very bad experience.

Our one shoes and one sleepers worth XXXXX was stolen from the luggage bag. Now we are calling the driver but he is not picking our calls.

It's a very old bus and the water was leaking inside the seats. No lights in the seats. If they are charging more on weekends, they should provide a good bus. XXXXX was too much for a person on weekends.
