This bus was not available, another bus was kind enough to give me a seat, but this bus left 1 hour late than the bus I booked for. Even I haven't received the bill of my booking in my mail also. This is horrible experience.

Bus is in very poor condition. Left side totally broken mirror. Just plastic intact with window. Water is coming inside through window. As well as dirty bus. Very unhygienic and no maintenance.

When we reached there, they forced us to get into another bus. Then the second bus didn't start either, and we were asked to board a third one. Because of this, we got late by half an hour. Never try a service that doesn't understand the value of your time.
