Without information, asked the passengers to shift to another vehicle in a seating chair just 300 km before the last stop, even though we had booked for sleeper.

I am not traveled. I called so many times. They did not respond, and they did not stop the bus at the boarding point. Very worst service. Better don't book this bus.
