Worst service. Wrong boarding location was given to me and bus left without boarding me. Also bus driver talked rudely. I left stranded alone at midnight in unknown city. Terrible experience.

You cancelled my ticket at last moment and not giving my money back till now. If you cancelled the whole bus fine but why only my seat, What kind of behavior is this. I was very much disappointed, this time onwards I will never prefer that bus again.
