Travelling was good and comfortable Sleeper bed was perfect AC was at comfortable temperature. Not too cold. Not too warm On time starting and on time drop.

I had my toddler travelling with me. Straight to my seat, the night light was on bright. Due to that, my toddler had a hard time sleeping. We requested the bus people to turn it off until he fell asleep, but they denied. Hence, I had a very hard time sleeping which ruined the entire night. Also, apart from the travelling noise, there was other noise disturbing our sleep.

I booked drop at Kilambakkam and then I accidentally got dropped after 20 kms at Kelambakkam. Phone call also came for Kelambakkam. I kept my car at KCBT bus stand and now again I am going back in local bus as I need to go to office at 9 am. This is very bad. I need a refund for this loss.
