It was the worst bus we ever took, we raised a complaint too and nothing has been resolved. Please do not choose this bus to travel.

The bus was delayed by 1 hour and reached the destination 1 hour late. Additionally, the bus was not clean, there were many mosquitoes, and the AC vent was broken.

Had a very disappointing experience traveling with Loyal Transport yesterday night. The bus was not clean, the seats were uncomfortable, and the staff was not helpful. The journey was not pleasant, and the service did not meet my expectations. I hope the company improves its service for future passengers.

Well, delayed by close to 2 hours on pick up, the driver cut down the destination to 1 hour. I know the delay happened due to passenger safety when compared to the earlier driver assigned was not in a state to drive. The new driver did not know about Bangalore and hence drop off wasn't great. Nevertheless, not cribbing here because the driver did his level best despite handling everything single handedly.

Had a really bad experience with this trip. The bus was delayed by almost 2 hours and there was zero proper update. Live tracking was useless and completely off. Tried calling the driver to check the status, but the phone was switched off the whole time. No support, no info, just had to wait at the boarding point without knowing anything. Even the boarding point contact person was not responding. Overall, very poorly managed and frustrating experience. Definitely needs better coordination and communication
