Bus broke down due to diesel pipe leak at Khammam around 3 am. After 2 hours waiting in cold, shifted to another bus with extra Rs 500 collected. The proper maintenance checks to be performed before sending this service on roads. Also, extra amount to be refunded.

Bus was breakdown in middle of the travel...and unable to provide other bus..my son has got other random bus and came with paid seat.. Please process the refund of this ticket

Toilet is there but not allowed. Worst AC and comfort experience because the AC is not working.

Expected a water bottle and also the boarding point is not accurate. The boarding point in maps takes to the Chandanagar railway station but not Punjab National Bank. Ensure it says Punjab National Bank opposite to Bajaj Electronics, Chandanagar Main Road.

AC is not at all working properly, so many passengers complained about the same but not resolved. Water bottle mentioned in amenities while booking the ticket but staff said it is not there

I booked U3 and people were hitting while boarding. It hurt me multiple times. Also, the bus is too small with no place to keep slippers.
