The bus wasn't on time and we had to wait for 2.5 hours after the scheduled departure time. We had a frustrating 2.5-hour wait because the bus arrived late.

I had a very disappointing experience while traveling from Lucknow to Mathura with Laxmi Holidays AC Bus. The bus was not clean, and the seats were very uncomfortable. The behavior of the bus conductor was extremely rude and unprofessional. Despite booking an AC bus, the AC was not working properly. The charging points were also not functional. The bus did not reach the destination on time, causing inconvenience to passengers. Additionally, the complimentary water bottle that was supposed to be provided was not given. Overall, the service quality was poor and far below expectations. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves its services for future passengers. I would not recommend this service to others unless significant improvements are made in cleanliness, staff behavior, punctuality, and passenger facilities.
