The bus was supposed to pick up at 11.30. It came at 12.25 am. All the people were waiting in the dark at least from my stop for the bus to arrive. If you can’t stick to the timeline, please don’t mention it on the app. The bus was supposed to reach my place by 8.30 am but reached by 10.40. Pathetic no value for individual’s time.

We are waiting at the Ramanattukara flyover. No one is answering our calls, and nobody has called us back. Horrible trip. Waste.

The AC controller above my seat was broken. Since I could not control it, it was very cold. Due to rain, water leakage was there above the seat. My luggage was kept in the luggage compartment, which got soaked. Clothes inside my bag got wet.
