The bus which was for reserved people was running like ordinary bus, stopping everywhere and clouded with unreserved passengers and also 2 and half hours late.

Such a terrible experience. First time we decided to choose the bus instead of our regular private operators. The bus was supposed to reach huskur gate by 9:15 pm and finally reached by 10:30 pm. No assistance from the staff to keep the luggage inside the boot space. They just watched us struggling to keep the luggage inside. Morning when we woke up the bus was in Thrissur stand, halted for no reason. We were supposed to reach Ernakulam by 7:30 am, and trust me we were in Thrissur by that time. After 15-20 minutes another passenger came and told that we have to board another bus. By 8 am we boarded the other bus and finally reached Ernakulam by 10:30. Pathetic service. Never ever will board this bus.
