Pickup point selected was Shantinagar and someone called an hour before and said the bus would not come to Shantinagar. Also, the drop time displayed was 7:10 but I was dropped off by 5:20. It is a true mess.

The power points were not working and I asked to keep my carry bag to myself instead of keeping it in the luggage section of the bus. After several requests, I could keep my carry bag in the luggage section.
