The KCMS bus used to be very good and clean and very comfortable, but the bus that came yesterday was like an old bus and not comfortable at all. AC was good but couldn't sleep peacefully. They were on time for pickup and drop as they proved they are indeed Primo. Hope I don't get the same bus again.
