The sleeper bus was delayed by 3 hours. Charging points were not working, and blankets were not provided despite the extreme cold at night.

Bus came late 30 min, no information to passengers, drop destination 100 min late. No jam route. Abnormal irritating sound from seats. Totally terrible journey. Try to avoid kanker travels.

I was traveling by bus from Raipur to Geedam. Just before Tokapal, the driver transferred us to another bus, citing a technical fault. I failed to understand why the service was so poor when the ticket costed over XXXX, or why the driver had to face such an embarrassing situation. Such incidents caused inconvenience to passengers.
