I requested the bus to wait for just five minutes, but they refused to stop. I have never been late, not even by a single minute, until this incident. On that particular day, there was extremely heavy rain in Chennai, and I also got stuck in traffic while travelling to the boarding point. I called and requested them to wait for just five minutes, but the staff refused, saying that the bus could not wait. As a result, I suffered a financial loss of ₹xxx. I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with this experience. I have travelled with many different travel operators and have seen several passengers arrive late at various boarding points. Other bus operators have always waited for a few minutes and allowed those passengers to board. However, bus operator refused to wait even for five minutes. This was the first time I have experienced such poor customer service. I am very disappointed with bus operator and would not expect this kind of treatment from a travel company.

We were not allowed to use the washroom for a 10 hour journey, then what's the purpose of toilet inside the bus. Really we were not happy and we requested the driver to stop the bus for toilet in any highway restaurant, but the driver didn't stop. After 1 hour, he stopped the bus. Completely disappointed.

I am a regular passenger who travelled on your bus almost every week. However, my experience during yesterday’s journey was extremely disappointing due to the unacceptable behavior of the co-driver. I will not be using your bus service in the future. Please call me, the bus owner, so I can share the exact details of what happened. Before this travel on Friday from Chennai to Coimbatore, the bus was delayed 3 hours to the boarding point until midnight 2:45. That also we managed and cooperated with the bus operators. Yesterday, the attitude of the co-driver was very disappointing. Kindly check my past booking records.
