I had a very disappointing experience during my journey. The bus service was extremely poor and did not provide basic facilities expected from a sleeper bus. The sleeper curtains/screens could not be closed properly, which affected my privacy and comfort. I couldn’t even sleep comfortably because the screen was not functioning as expected. Other major issues:  No drinking water bottle was provided. No water bottle holder. No proper stand or space to keep bags. Uncomfortable sleeping arrangements.  Sleeper curtains/screens were not closing properly. I paid for a sleeper journey expecting basic comfort, but the actual experience was completely disappointing. I request service to investigate this issue and provide a partial refund or reasonable compensation for the poor service. I hope you take this complaint seriously and provide a proper resolution.

I booked a bus scheduled to reach at 5:45 AM, but we arrived only at 11:00 AM due to two bus breakdowns. Additionally, I booked a bus, but another bus arrived instead.

One of the worst ever travel experiences. Bus was late for 3 hrs, not informed. No arrangements for waiting lounge during heavy rain. Our calls were also not responded to properly.

Very worst seat and comfort, looks very dirty.

They did not pay road tax and RTO chase bus near Hosur toll gate. Then we went to another bus and paid 200 rupees. Waste of time and waited more than 1 hour.
