They are not committed to passengers. Bus has broken down in Hapur near Shivay Dhana. I called the office but there was no response. The driver also did not have any option to reach the destination for passengers.

the driver did some fault with other people, i couldn't sleep in those small beds with my mother. so improper and the whole night there were some tantrum did by the conductor
