Rude staff, not dropping at the said dropping point. I booked from Pune to Udupi, dropping point in that ticket was Udupi Thaluk office, but the staff forced me to get down at the bypass. Also, they are mainly interested in parcel transport, making too many stops.

I highly encourage you to take any other bus except this. Travelling in this bus was the most terrible experience in my years of travelling with service provider. The bus conductor was extremely rude and misbehaving in nature. Even after us mentioning clearly on service provider that my drop point he kept arguing with me. When asked I said, to which he says you are not saying properly it's. He was unnecessarily peeking inside the curtain for stupid reasons. I was traveling with a female; he just kept coming again and again removing the curtains in the name of taking the count, even when the bus did not stop in between. For your own safety don't travel with this operator unless extremely necessary and unavoidable. When I confronted the conductor on his behavior, the driver and 2 - 3 other persons in the bus called me in front and started fighting with me. I handled it somehow since it was midnight and I had someone and I was worried for their safety. So I would request you to avoid this operator if traveling as a couple.

Worst experience I booked 2 ticket Bombay to Mangalore before 2 hours departure they called and told bus got cancelled and told refund will get within 12 hours it's been 24 hours no refund their phone got switched off how to register complaint against the company please let me know.

Can't wait for a few minutes. Change in timing before departure was informed, but still there are many other things that we have to take care of before boarding the bus. Irresponsible behaviour of drivers and staff. No proper timing for dinner. Everything is in rush. Dropped early, not as per scheduled time.

During morning time at least there should be a stop for refreshmy. After night 11 pm it did not stop anywhere.

Driver did not stop at my stop and I had to take a cab back to my destination. Driver told he called me but he in fact had not called me.
