Driver was rude with passenger. App live tracking was showing bus arrives late. I called the driver to cross check, he spoke rude. While getting down at the dropping point as well, he was hurrying everyone to get down soon. No helper was there in the bus. Only the driver was handling everything.

Bus broke down at Namakkal, we were shifted to some random running travels. Though the driver was helpful in arranging it, the children along with us suffered a lot. Horrible experience at 2am midnight.
