Bus came to boarding station 2 hours late. No blanket was provided as promised. Most seats had blankets but not my seat. I am still on the bus and 2 hours away from my drop point, even though the drop time was 6 am. This means the bus is currently running 5 hours late. All of the passengers are frustrated because of the slowness.
