It was really a good journey. Staff were really cooperative. One of their staff members gave me his water bottle as I didn't have one in my hand. The bus was clean as well.

After the trip completed they didn't clean the sleeper seat properly, seat full of ants. We booked sleeper seat but didn't sleep the whole night. Bad experience.

It was not easy to find the bus from the pick-up point. First, the live track did not work. I tried to contact the driver but he did not help. When the live track worked, the bus was not in the place it said it was on the live tracking. There were no blankets or AC, so it was hard to sleep, but that's what you get for the price. When I booked the ticket, I chose one drop-off point, but he did not drop me off at the point that my ticket showed. He dropped me off somewhere else and said that was the end station. He was not understanding when I tried to explain it to him. The bus was clean and on time.

Idk why they took an unnecessary drive to kinathukadavu.. Bus got delayed due to that. Before taking this route, the bus waited nearly half an hour for the 2nd driver
