Worst Bus Journey Ever! Avoid Booking Golden Temple Express in the Name of Volvo! This was one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had. The bus was absolutely NOT a Volvo. It appeared to be an old, ordinary AC bus that had been converted into a sleeper bus, yet it was being advertised as a Volvo service. The blanket provided was used and had a terrible smell, making the journey extremely uncomfortable and unhygienic. My height is only 5'5", yet I couldn't even stretch my legs completely in the sleeper berth. Imagine how uncomfortable it must be for taller passengers! This is completely unacceptable. Passengers pay for a Volvo service expecting comfort, cleanliness, and quality, but instead, they are given a substandard experience that does not match what was advertised. I strongly warn everyone not to book Golden Temple Express buses advertised as Volvo services without verifying the actual bus type. Misrepresenting an ordinary AC sleeper bus as a Volvo service is misleading and raises serious concerns about transparency and customer service. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and would not recommend this service to anyone. Passengers deserve honest information, proper hygiene, and the service they actually pay for.
