The staff was not at all supportive. When I asked him to keep my luggage in the bus, he told me to keep it myself and then started giving me instructions to keep it there, whereas it is the staff's job to keep the luggage properly in the bus. Even at the dropping point, he asked me to take out the luggage myself.
