Really bus is good and comfortable. Drivers are friendly and caring like I felt. I recommend Egloo for safe journey.

The journey was comfortable, the berth was sophisticated and spacious for me to sleep. In spite of the bus starting early, we reached one and a half hours late to the destination. The driver was very respectful but the other staff, a boy, was not polite. They stopped twice for rest stops, which benefited the passengers, but these two rest stops were not mentioned in the travel schedule.

3 sleeper upper AC sound is more in the centre. Perumbakkam route only old bus is coming. Please send some new bus in this route.

The overall journey was excellent. The bus is well maintained and the atmosphere is good in the bus and I could sleep comfortably. I am choosing the bus for the 2nd time and will highly recommend it to others as well.

No water bottles, there is no regulator for AC and no water bottle holder there.
