It's an old bus, badly maintained, smelly seat, squeaking sounds of the bus throughout the night.

A small delay was caused due to tyre puncture. Rest all went well with Durgamba Motors. We have good old experience with Durgamba where punctuality was highly prioritized.

My seat number was LBB31 on Bus No. 33, travelling from Bangalore to Kundapura on 7 October. There was a cockroach on my seat, so I requested the conductor to change my seat. There was an empty seat in the front, and no passenger was sitting there even after all the passengers had boarded. However, the conductor refused to change my seat and was also rude and unprofessional while responding to my request. I believe that when there is a genuine hygiene issue with a passenger’s assigned seat, the staff should provide a reasonable alternative if an empty seat is available. I request you to look into this matter and take appropriate action.
