I had booked a bus ticket to Coonoor, but the bus dropped me off at Ooty, stating that buses could not travel further due to a landslide. However, I noticed that other local buses were operating on the same route. I was not informed about this change in advance, which caused inconvenience and made me travel from Ooty to Coonoor separately. This was a very disappointing experience. Passengers should be informed in advance about route changes or cancellations instead of being left to manage the situation on their own.

Bus was very dirty no hygiene no cleanliness and they charged so much. If I'll compare the price with the service it wasn't worth. I would not recommend this bus. Didn't like the service. Blankets were so stinking. Curtains were really dirty.

Really felt very bad, never gonna choose this bus, no proper update and they didn't even call. If we call also it was switched off and also driver response was too harsh and they didn't respect us.
