The bed was dirty and had a very bad, strange smell. Poor cleanliness and hygiene. Very disappointing experience. The bedding should be properly cleaned before every journey. Not recommended.

Poor service I have ever seen in my life. I booked ticket from Karnal to Jaipur but bus did not come to Karnal. When I called the bus driver, he said that he is going from another route. Please choose Vijay Travels only for this route. Do not choose Devraj Travels for any route. They have worst service. Office staff also bakwas.

Driver phone number couldn't be reached. We waited for 1 hour more than the scheduled departure of the bus from Dhaula Kuan pick-up point. When I called the bus operator, he said the bus had been cancelled and I would receive a refund. I asked him, I booked my ticket 10 minutes before and live tracking showed the bus running, so how could he say the bus was cancelled? After too many calls, the driver's phone number was switched off. After more than 1 hour, we got a call from another number from the driver saying he's coming in a few minutes. Worst service.

No fire extinguisher was there. Only one emergency exit was fully blocked with luggage. Time taken from Rudrapur to Bareilly was more than 2.5 hours.
