1. Change in pickup location from Majesty to ITI bus stop, just before pickup. They did not inform us. After calling them repeatedly, they sent a message that the pickup location had changed. 2. The driver was very rude and charged extra money for luggage. 3. The driver even said that they would leave us behind if we did not pay extra money. 4. During the journey, whenever the bus stopped for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or for the washroom, they did not inform passengers, unlike other buses that inform passengers to go to the washroom or have some food. They just stopped the bus wherever they wanted and did things. I will never travel with this service again and will not recommend it. Thankyou.

I was supposed to board the bus from Karunamayee IBT, but I did not get the bus number and details till 9:30 PM, whereas my boarding time was 8:50 PM. The staff told me at 9:30 PM that the bus would not be able to come there and I needed to figure my way to Santragachi. I somehow managed to reach that place by 11:00 PM. I was new to the city, and it was a real hassle for me to figure out the stuff. Secondly, my dropping point was Akkayyapalem but the driver refused to drop me and other Vizag passengers there saying they were getting late and dropped us on the outskirts above an hour away from our dropping point.

Bus did not come to the boarding point and it is not dropping at the drop location as well. I need to travel 30 km to board the bus and 65 km to reach my destination. They dropped me on the flyover for no reason.

Late bus, not the right time drop, and rest stop washroom not good, but food is good. Thank you.
