They did not inform the change in pickup location beforehand. Had to walk a lot in the rain to another location when the bus was about to reach.

This was my second experience the bus getting cancelled on the day of travelling. And very silly these people are addressing about bus got cancelled and telling refund will be given after 2 days. was this good way to address customers? So bad experience.
