One of the worst travel experiences I've ever had! The scheduled arrival time at the destination was 5:00 AM, but the bus was significantly delayed and arrived only at 7:45 AM — nearly 3 hours late. To make matters worse, the bus was extremely unhygienic and poorly maintained. This was a thoroughly disappointing experience, with no regard for passengers' time or comfort. I would strongly advise fellow travellers to avoid City Travels at all costs. Save yourself the inconvenience and choose a more reliable travel operator.
