It was the most terrible journey of my life. The driver was driving very furiously. The whole bus was filled with dust like it had not been cleaned for years. The seat was also bad. The AC was also not working.

The bus provided was extremely dirty and non-AC, contrary to what I paid for. The bus operator also changed the route without proper information, causing me to reach my destination 30 minutes late. This was completely unacceptable and a failure to provide the promised service. Please investigate this matter and provide an appropriate refund or compensation. Kindly take immediate action against the operator.

the bus condition is too poor ac was not working for that it delayed in damoh by 1 hr also in garhakota it was repaired but late reached bhopal by 5:15 and indore by 9:10 by that I miss my classes. Bus need to replace with new one or do proper maintenance
