bus was filled with full of dust. there no filter in AC to prevent dust in side bus. it's better to go with train in general coach.

I would like to file a complaint regarding the poor cleanliness and hygiene conditions of the bus I travelled on. The bus was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. There was dust all over the seats and windows, and the blanket provided to me had an unpleasant smell. Moreover, the entire bus was full of mosquitoes, making the journey very uncomfortable and unhygienic. As a passenger, I expected a clean and comfortable travel experience, but the condition of the bus was very disappointing. Such poor hygiene standards are unacceptable and can cause discomfort to passengers. I request you to look into this matter seriously, take appropriate action, and ensure that proper cleanliness and hygiene are maintained on your buses in the future. I hope you will address my complaint and take the necessary steps to prevent such issues from happening again.
