Even though bus tracking and call coordination for reaching pickup helped.

I was delayed by around 10 minutes to Majestic and had already informed the driver about it. Since it was my mistake, I understood when the bus left without me. However, I immediately informed them that I would reach Yeshwantpur before the bus arrived there, which I successfully did. After that, the driver completely stopped answering my calls despite multiple attempts. I had to contact another number, and only after they insisted did the driver agree to pick me up at Yeshwantpur. When I finally boarded the bus, I understood why the driver was avoiding my calls — my seat had already been allocated to someone else, and it seemed like he did not want me to board the bus at all. This was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. If the operator had not intervened, I might not have been allowed to board despite having a valid booking.

Bus service was very good. But there were few boys who were passengers and reserved the front seats and communicated in vulgar language, which was very inconvenient for all the passengers who travelled in the bus. Please use some strict policies for these kinds of people.
