Staff behavior worst.

Excellent hospitality and a very professional driver. The driver was polite and responsive, arrived right on time, and ensured I reached my destination as scheduled. The bus was also clean and well-maintained. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant travel experience. Highly recommended.

Worst journey ever.

Could not sleep at all. AC vent completely broken and high airflow straight to face. No support to block.

Timing was too late but experience was quite good and the staff are good.

Charging facility was not available. The stops for food are not good. There are plenty of options, but the selection of stops was not up to the mark. Drivers and staff are good, well behaved and safe.

This is the worst bus experience I have ever had. My boarding point was the Thrissur KSRTC Bus Stand. While travelling there, the conductor informed me that the bus could not go inside and told me to go to the Mannuthy bypass instead. I had already spent more than XXXXX for this ticket, and on top of that, I had to spend XXXXX extra on an auto fare. I can understand delays caused by heavy traffic or rain, but this is the second time I have booked this exact service, and I faced the exact same issue. My scheduled boarding time was 9:35 pm, but the bus did not arrive until 10:45 pm. When I asked about the delay, the driver told me that it is very difficult to go to the KSRTC stand. If that is the case, they should remove that boarding point option from the app. I booked this bus specifically because the pickup was from that stand, and this experience has been deeply disappointing. To make matters worse, while I was trying to sleep, the conductor was talking very loudly with two passengers who had boarded without a booking, completely disturbing my rest. Finally, my scheduled dropping time was 6:30 am, but the bus did not reach until 8:45 am. The bus actually reached Pondicherry before 8:00 am, but instead of dropping us off, they went to a petrol pump and wasted 30 minutes there. What is this? There is zero value given to our time. I am extremely disappointed with this entire journey.

Delays. Drivers using bad language. They are changing the seat whenever they want.

The bus condition is not good. Also, the driver response is very bad. Did not provide the water bottle.

More than one hour delay is not acceptable especially during rainy days. Even your bus stopping is not in a standard bus stand; it's somewhere, so we are not waiting in some common place without anything. Moreover, your staff behaviour is very rude.
