Arrived late. Went for refueling prior to the final destination. Try to maintain time. The rest stop was also not very good.

The bus was halted for almost an hour without AC due to some issue and the technician was getting it ready. The drop time was almost 2.5 hrs delay on a weekday which is not expected. The vehicle should be maintained and inspected regularly and not during the passenger ride. Worst service and the bedsheets were also not very clean and tidy.

Arrived late by more than an hour. Staff behaviour was reckless. AC was very forceful. Bedsheet was dirty and they did not change the previous passenger’s. Overall it was a ridiculous experience.
