They are so punctual that they will not even wait for a female customer who is near about 5 to 7 minutes late. They will go leaving behind the customers and don't care about the female even. About the dinner break and the restroom break, it is very quick breaks; they don't give time even to eat or for a restroom. Also, they are misbehaving; they don't talk well with the customers. The dropping point was on the highway, not on the service road. It was so terrible to stand on the highway. Me and one of my female customers were travelling in the bus and they dropped us on the highway. She was also telling that they have a pathetic service. They don't have a sense of humors, how to talk with the girls, how to talk with the female customers, and they left us on the highway. Also, they have taken the restroom stop at 2:00 a.m. at night at midnight when everyone was sleeping and it was just for 5 minutes. The driver has not announced properly; it was just once they announced at midnight and no one was aware that it was a 5 minutes break for restroom. Also, while picking up, driver shouting like you can call to the customer care, you can call to the manager, we are leaving you and all that. You are not punctual, you are not careful about the time management. They are teaching us. I was helpless totally. The bus which I had earlier booked was cancelled and it was in a hurry. I booked The Baba Travels and like this kind of things I had to hear from them. It was very terrible. It was like hell for me. I will not ever book again The Baba Travels in my life. Thanks for your pathetic bad service.
