Water was leaking on the seat, luckily rain had stopped after some time otherwise , we could not have slept. Last sleeper seat was completely wet and water was dripping continuously when it was raining in Rameshwaram.

I had to walk so long to catch the bus from the boarding point. Drivers could have informed me prior when they reached the bus stop.

The seat feel and look wasn't appealing. The seats had lots of stains could be washed occasionally. Pillow had lots of hair strands struck on it. Basic washing and cleaning would really help. All over the areas had dark stains. Also, was little stinky. Bus is in really good condition basic maintenance and cleaning would make the service really better. AC was good. Staffs were very responsive.
