Very disappointing experience with bus. On 16th October, my wife, my friend, and I booked tickets for a total fare of XXXX rupees to travel to Thisayanvilai for the Dasara festival at Kulasekarapattinam. My friend was travelling from Thiruvallur and was delayed due to traffic. Understanding the situation, we requested the driver to wait for just 5 to 7 minutes at the dinner stop near Madurantakam, as my friend was only 7 km away. The bus stopped at 8:30 PM and was scheduled to depart at 8:50 PM. I politely explained the situation, but the driver completely refused, argued with me, and even told me to step back. Finally, my friend told us to continue our journey while he arranged another bus. The most disappointing part was the timing. Bus was supposed to reach Thisayanvilai by 7:00 AM, but we arrived only at 8:20 AM. What kind of service was this. A passenger made a polite request for just 5 to 7 minutes, but the driver refused to cooperate. At the same time, the bus itself arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes late. Passengers paid XXXX rupees expecting a comfortable and reliable journey, not this kind of experience. Bus management should take this complaint seriously and improve both customer service and punctuality.

Nice driving. Dropping at manageable time. Good service. I have booked seater but the seat comfort and softness is very less. The seat is a little hard for sleeping.

The bus left without picking me up, even though I was on time. I had requested the driver to pick me up about 15 km beyond the designated pickup point, along the same route. When the bus approached, I even raised my hand to signal the driver, but he sped past without stopping. The driver's behaviour was rude, irresponsible, and completely unprofessional.

The bus operator changed the route mid-journey without notice. The booked route was Perungalathur to Nagercoil via Madurai and Tirunelveli, but they detoured through Thoothukudi and multiple other stops. This stretched the travel time to over 14 hours. Terrible experience avoided booking this service.
