It was too hot inside the sleeping area. Even after opening the AC vents, it was quite hot. Bedding was not comfortable.

I booked a 2 2 Volvo multi-axle semi-sleeper bus at a premium price, expecting a comfortable journey. However, within the first quarter of the trip, we were informed that the bus had an issue and that another bus had been arranged. The replacement was an old 2 3 tourist bus, with no push-back seats or leg support. Three passengers were crammed into each row, making the journey extremely uncomfortable. I could not get any proper sleep and arrived with neck pain. This was completely different from the service and comfort I had paid for. I was very disappointed with the experience and expected the operator to take responsibility and provide appropriate compensation.
