Extremely disappointing experience. The staff were rude, and the service was delayed by almost two hours. We had to wait for two hours without proper communication from the team, which was highly frustrating. The traffic and pollution made the waiting experience even more irritating. To make matters worse, the pillows and blankets were unhygienic. Overall, poor customer service, lack of communication, and unacceptable cleanliness standards. Definitely not a pleasant experience.

My stop was supposed to be at Shantinagar bus station but the bus driver left me and a few passengers at Silk Board, which is not even close to Shantinagar, and then went ahead blaming the booking app for this.
