4 star for timing it reached two hours earlier and reducing one star is for the facilities no curtain for the last sleeper seats I did not get privacy in absence of a curtain other all seats had curtain and also people came to sit in my place when I went to washroom because of no curtain please put a curtain on 5la seat upper and lower.

Bus accommodation not good. Driving best but seat not comfortable. Seat cover poor clothes bad smell.

The driving, timing, and staff approach were all good. However, I had a very bad experience with luggage handling. I was carrying two bags from abroad. Due to the rain, my luggage was kept in the luggage compartment, but unfortunately water entered the compartment and completely soaked both bags. As a result, several of my belongings were damaged, including brand-new clothes, my charger, trimmer, and other electronic items. I am very disappointed with the way the luggage was handled. The bus service may be good in terms of driving and punctuality, but proper care must be taken to protect passengers' luggage, especially during rainy weather.

Seat not comfortable, more hand rest damage, charging ports not working, very close seats, not comfortable for travel. Bus outside looking good but inside not good.
